Description : পুবের পান-কাপাসি জলাভূমির প্রশস্ত ডানার শিকারি পাখি।(পূর্ণ বয়স্ক পাখির দৈর্ঘ্য প্রায় ৫৫ সেমি, ডানা ৩৯ সেমি পর্যন্ত হতে পারে)স্ত্রী ও পুরুষ উভয় পাখির চোখের আইরিশ সোনালি হলুদ, পা ও পায়ের পাতা ফিকে হলুদ, ঠোঁট হলুদ তবে ঠোঁটের প্রান্ত কালচে। এরা ব্যাঙ, মাছ, ইঁদুর, জখম পাখি শিকার করে খায়।
