Habitat : বড় নদী, হ্রদ, মোহনা, উপকূলীয় লেগুন ও ঝিল।
 
Description : উত্তরে লেঞ্জাহাঁস/লেঞ্জাহাঁস লম্বা গলার হাঁস। পুরুষ পাখির লেজ সরু। প্রজনন কালে মাথা ও গলায় চকলেট রঙের আধিক্য থাকে।(পূর্ণ বয়স্ক পাখির দৈর্ঘ্য প্রায় ৫৫ সেমি. ওজন প্রায় ৭০০ গ্রাম ও ডানা প্রায় ২৬ সেমি. পর্যন্ত হতে পারে)এরা জলজ উদ্ভিদ, জলজ পোকা, খেয়ে থাকে।
